Norco Empire 5 - 2009 bikes are rolling out!

i have the same bike legit and i was takein it for a hard run just down some paved and dirt road and the middle piston broke and i have to wait and see if its even covered under warenty if not have to pay to fix or replace it and if the cranks bolt come loose and you strip you have to replace the whole crank dont buy this bike !!
